The meta header had Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum as the first optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by CGRF, KSEB, and complaints which isn't as important as Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. The other words cgrf.kseb.in uses is Kerala State Electricity Board. Kerala is included and could not be viewed by search parsers.
